Yesterday I did a cake for a friend of mine that owns a restaurant. Well, she has offered to rent her kitchen space out to me. I was floored!!!! I did not expect this from her. She said that she wants to be able to spead the word of my cakes to everyone. (she is an angel) My husband and I had worked with her at this restaurant years ago when it was under a different owner. Now, what do I need to do to get things rolling?

Thanks

That's wonderful news! NOW-draw up a contract. It saves you BOTH hassle and headaches down the road. Agree on either a flat fee per month, or hourly usage and hash out the details together. Then get it in writing.

Good luck to you!!

Yes, she's right. Meet with the woman and get everything in writing up front
And congratulations to you!!!

Congrats! I am in the Birmingham area. I am looking for space to rent or to share with another person. If anyone is interested or has any information please let me know.
Thanks!
