If I have cupcakes and a cake due on Tuesday.......if I make them today (Sunday) will they still be moist??? Should I refridgerate them?? They will be BC and fondant?? I do not use milk in my BC. Thanks for the help!!!

I'm sorry I didn't see this until today (1:14 am) on Wednesday morning. Guess it's too late to help you out. Let me know what you decided to do and how it worked out. My advice would have been to go ahead and make them. From Sunday to Tuesday they should have been fine.
