Duff's Icing?

I think I vaguely remember Duff stating that their base icing @ CCC's is SMBC, can anyone confirm that? Just curious, thanks!

Yes he does. There's a forum somewhere about his icing.

The recipe for Duff's icing is on CC, I don't remember where. It is a great recipe but cut down on the butter.

Can you tell me what is SMBC as you can tell I am new at this icon_redface.gif , and if there is not too much trouble can you please post the recipe, I would loved to try it!

SMBC = Swiss Meringue Buttercream, I'll have to try the recipe, thanks for posting!

i know this has nothing to do with your question,
but i love both miny and yellowbutterfly's signature.
