I have some in the freezer and would like to know if I can add cocoa powder and beat it and make it chocolate. By the way it has already been beaten so it just needs a little beating after thawing. It is no longer in a liquid form

Welllll I never tried it but I think it might work.
Since it has already been beaten you don't have to worry that the UNsweet cocoa powder will keep it from whipping up.
Just beat it in slowly - either w/a wire whip by hand or in the mixer (on low).
You can easily overwhip PP; if it is overwhipped it's simple to thin it back down w/more liquid PP. If you don't have more PP then cream OR *maybe* water will work.
