I'm not sure if this has been posted before, but I found the listing on my local craigslist. it's a directory listed by state of commercial kitchens willing to rent space to people like us starting niche food businesses.

Thanks for that link. Unfortunately for me the only place in NJ is about 60 minutes away from me according to Mapquest. That doesn't help me in the least. Oh well.........hopefully this will help some others in need of renting a kitchen.
