I'm sure many of you have already discovered this, but since I was out of the loop I had to share for those of you who haven't done this yet... (My friend Alice, whom I met here at CC, gave me the tip).

When the marshmallows are melted, stir in some cocoa powder so you are starting with a brown base, then squeeze in practically a whole bottle of Americolor Super Black (I'm sure any black will do) and stir it in before adding the PS!

Clean hands and a great deep black. It was easy to work with and tastes great, as well. I hate black SI so I am thrilled I never have to use it again!

Does it have a strong chocolate flavor. I know a few people that don't like chocolate. I wish I didn't like chocolate!

Strong flavor? Well, I guess. It tastes like a Tootsie Roll.
