Yup...they must have shrunk! icon_wink.gif I didn't lose and I didn't gain...still 169...but in my defence it's "that time" for me. icon_mad.gif sorry, too much info! icon_redface.gif

If it's THAT TIME and you stayed the same, you are doing great. I always gain 2 to 3 pounds. It comes right off after the first few days though. icon_smile.gif

Thanks!
I sometimes will keep chocolate treats on hand that are small and I tell myself that one will do the trick and it does. icon_smile.gif
Have a nice Sunday.
I plan to head out of a walk once it warms up. It is only 43° here this morning.

I just went for my walk. I tad chilly on the way as the wind was hitting me in the face but on the way back it was so nice I had to tie my windbreaker around my waist.
I made it all the way to the road that I normally walk to. Each week I had been going a little further each time. The walk is a total of 2 1/2 miles which is just right. icon_smile.gif It took me 40 minutes. I don't think that is too bad. I'm out there to exercise not to kill myself. LOL!
Have a great day.

Hi Ladies, I haven't been able to check in for a while. Both of my computers died and I am waiting for claims to replace them so after this, I probably won't be back on for another week. I'm still hanging in there and going for the 10 pound loss by June 1. I finally got over the sinusitis and bronchitis and now it is "that time" so I am too nervous to even get on the scale. I should have some good news by the time I can get back online though. good luck to everyone!

I was wondering where you went. I was hoping to hear that you were feeling better so that is good.
Will be watching for your report/weigh in when you get back on line.

Hi everyone, I'm still in for the 10# challenge, but haven't weighed b/c it's "that time". Of course, I have my half-marathon this weekend, and wouldn't you know it would be TTOTM.

I made the most delicious brownies this week, and it was hard staying away from them. Last night I finally threw them out, since I have no self control.

Glad to hear you all are hanging in there, too.

Michelle,
I bet you will be down when you go to weigh yourself.
I can control the eating pretty good but I just can't seem to make myself move around much. icon_smile.gif

Today is my weigh in day and I stayed the same. No excuses. I haven't been walking all that much and I must be eating too much too. icon_smile.gif
I will do better this coming week.

I'm up, too, but I'm telling myself it's b/c of TTOTM and b/c of all the water I drank today. It was my half marathon! I did it! Yea me!!! AND the best part was I wasn't the last person to finish, I did okay. Tomorrow I'll start watching what I eat a little bit closer, today I had pizza and fried calamari to treat myself for running 13 miles.

No more running for me for a while. I'm kinda tired of it.

Atta girl. Don't give up!
I've only walked once so far this week. It is so frigid (32°) and wet here. I hope when I get back from the doctors that it has warmed so I can go.

Hello Ladies, Wow it seems like it's been forever since I've been on CC. I am still waiting for the claim to be processed so I can get a new computer. Not having access to a computer is horrible so I probably won't be on again for a while after this posting.

My weight has been up and down, but I am actually still down the initial 3.5 pounds. I'm still in the challenge though!

Yesterday, I ate so much junk it was ridiculous. It was not of my choosing. I was at the hospital all day with my niece and the cafeteria was closed, only the snack bar was open. My niece is 6.5 months pregnant, has toxemia and was admitted to the hospital on Friday. They are planning to do an emergency C-section today to deliver the baby. If they don't my niece could have a stroke or the baby could die. They think the baby will weigh about 1.5 lbs, but that she will have a good chance of surviving. Please keep my niece and the baby in your prayers. Thanks so much.

Adonis and Cakediva,
Hope you both the best in getting the weight off.
I made my first cake this weekend since January and that MAY be why I didn't loose. I made a blue and white snowflake because my first daughter in law loves blue and snowflakes. icon_smile.gif
Have a nice Sunday,

If I could just stop munching my way from 9Pm to 1 am - I would be much better off.

Give yourself a REWARD if you stop munching in those times for a month. NOT a food reward. Something like a new pair of jeans, a kitchen item or something like that.

That cake is so pretty, susie! Good job. I made 2 loaves of banana bread over the weekend and sent one with dh to work, so that I wouldn't snack on it.

My weight is back on track. Unless something drastic happens, though, I won't be down the 10# by June 1. I'll keep trying though!

If I am MIA, it is because my computer has died. DS stuck a nail in the side of it (he's 3), and it has been acting all weird ever since.

Hi Michelle,
Thanks for liking my cake. I gave what was left to the neighbors. icon_smile.gif
Glad to hear your weight is back on track. You never know girl......you very well could be down the 10 by June 1st.
Our son's computer is down too and my husband is going to try to fix it. He borrowed one of our old ones until he gets it ready.
Keep at it,
Susie
