just found this great little tool that coverts a web page to a PDF

http://www.htm2pdf.co.uk/

it will convert a web page to a PDF you can store on your hard drive

example below using CC

just one more way to document our postings.

www.primopdf.com is also a great tool!

It'll convert ANY document to a PDF! You have to download the software, but it's small and VERY effective. I've been using it for years now.

i too have used that for years for standard 8.5x11 pages.

for the tabloid size we use at school for the newspaper and for documents that have lots of layers on top of each other (like a newspaper layout) then I use pdf995 http://www.pdf995.com/

i posted the link in the original post as it was the first one i've seen that can grab any web page you are looking at and make it into a pdf on the fly.
just be sure to drag the one link on their page to your links bar in your browser and then click on it anytime you want to pdf a web page.

the pdf995 people have one, tho' I haven't tried it yet.
