Does anyone have instructions on how to make a "Rose Tower Cake"?
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I want to make one for my mother's 65th birthday [/b]

well, if it's what i think it is it's the one from martha stewart that i had for my wedding. you just have how ever many tiers you want with about a 4 inch (maybe 3) inch space between the layers that you fill with roses. on that particular design there is a very tiny simple dot and scallop design.

not sure if you're looking for specifics on how to stack etc. so if you have further questions don't hesitate to ask. HTH icon_smile.gif

I have seen a version of this cake in my Peggy Porschen book. She describes the cake as stacked from base of 12 in cake up to 2 in cake at the top, carved and stacked on boards. Her pictures show full pink roses covering the cake from top to bottom with leaves every so often.
