Today I had a fairly large order for 3 dz. yellow ducks for a baby shower. Now I just did a huge batch for easter orders and they were fine. For some reason today, everytime I rolled out some, it looked like there were little tiny "grease spots" on the fondant. Thats all I could compare the look of it to. What would have caused it this time, and never before. Thanks
I don't have any idea... I would probably just try to roll it over again in small batches to see if the spots disappear. I hope they go away for you!
