I have a phone interview scheduled 3/24/08 (today) at 3PM. I'm wondering whether they are suppose to call me or if I need to call them. They emailed me to schedule the interview and the email read: "I am conducting telephone interviews on Monday 3/24/08. I have 3:00 p.m. open. Please advise if this fits your schedule."

Based on this, it makes it sound like they will be in charge of calling me. I've only had one phone interview and if I recall, I think the company were the ones who contacted me.

i would think that they are calling you.

I did a phone interview once. I called them, if I remember correctly.

Most phone interviews, the person doing the interview (employer) calls.
