My customer wanted a treefrog cake for her son to feed 50 people, a very specific treefrog. I finished the cake and emailed a picture of it, as I always do. Well half an hour later my customer called, and said, that when she saw the pictures, she started crying so much, her husband came running to fing out what the matter was. She said it was so beautiful, she couldn't stop and had to call me to tell me that. Well her husband arrived 2 hrs later to pick up the cake and when I brought it out, he just said in a very dry voice, she's going to cry again

I'd have cried, too! My Dad actually had some of these little guys in an aquarium for a while and I have to tell you, it's so close it's amazing! You did a great job and should be very proud.

Oh my gosh that is an awesome cake. Can you post your directions on how you made it? My friend is obsessed with those frogs and she would probably cry too if she had a cake like that!

Grin, no he didn't cry, probably looking forward to consoling her when he got back home. Used the minibear form for frog, added extra fondant to shape the lips and put the eyes, where the ears were. legs are all fondant used the electric colours from americolor, the frog really is colourful, couldn't believe my eyes when I googled him
