I had the previous thread saved in which this was discussed, but it was lost in the database crash. Can someone/anyone please re-post the recipe(s) that were given for making Sugarshack's icing in a 4.5 quart KA (versus the 5 quart she uses). Thank you! icon_biggrin.gif

I have used 4.5 cups of fat and 4.5 pounds of powdered sugar to fill up mine.

Also how much liquids do you use?

Shaina - thank you! I remember it was your measurements that I was looking for. As puzzlegut asked, how much liquid do you use (I know it will vary with the consistency desired, but a general amount)? I appreciate the help.

It was either 12 or 14 tablespoons. I don't remember. I think 14 but I would start off with 12 just to be safe. I've only made it once.
