First, Welcome to CC. Now, are you really going to use per-made Wilton fondant or are you using their homemade recipe? You ought to think hard about this. Wilton fondant tastes BAD!. I make my own using a recipe here on CC. The quantities for flavoring are right in the recipe. If you are set on using pre-made fondant you should start with 1tsp of your flavoring knead it in well, then taste a little you can always add a little more but it is vary difficult to take it back out!! icon_biggrin.gif Ck out this link below it may help.

Hope this helps! and again a hardy WELCOME

Dont use Wilton! Seriously, its awful stuff....no amount of flavoring can fix.

Make MMF (marshmallow fondant) or buy Satin Ice, FondX, Chocopan...anything but Wilton!
The recipe for MMF is on this site in the recipes section....but ya really need to practice with it a bit before hand.
