Okay everybody, I need some serious help. I just got a huge wedding for June and the bridal wants all the tiers to be strawberry shortcake. My issue is the whipped icing. I normally just buy the big bucket of whipped icing from Sam's Club. I'm not sure if it will hold up. The reception will be inside and the air conditioner will be turned way up. So how long can I leave the decorated cake out without the whipping icing spoiling or melting?
