It's actually really good. It has a lighter colour than the regular chocolate mix but it just as good, a little sweeter.

Ok ,I made it last night. It is lighter in color, I think Im going to continue to use German Chocolate as my go to chocolate mix. I guess its the dutch proccessed cocoa that I love so much.

It didnt have much of a chocolate flavor to me but its still a good mix.
I'll try some more of the cake later, they always taste better the second day around.

I added some cocoa powder to mine and it was great....I'm always trying new things out....I've also added a cup of coffee syrup to it, I think it was Kahlua flavored and it was really good.

In general I **LOVE!!!!!** Dark chocolate.
But in cakes I much prefere BC's milk chocolate.
Each to their own taste thought. I offered a 'light' and 'dark' choco in my shop.

Now try it with really good peanut butter icing.

Tastes just like a peanut butter cup.

In addition to the ingredients on the box...
one egg
one cup flour
one cup sugar
one 8 ounce container of vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup cocoa powder
pinch'o'salt
3 TBS vanilla

And if you have it.....like a half cup of white chocolate OR vanilla OR chocolate coffee syrup....like Torani's or Davinci's....

...thats the way I do it anywaysicon_wink.gif
