I loved it too!!! I think I'm going to watch it a million times because I'm feeling more confident each time I watch it!
So I had some left over royal(Wasn't good)
and I tried it on a cupcake pan. Wasn't happy with the outcome. I learned from toba garretts class that their are two types of royals. 1 being with egg white and 2 with meringue powder. In the video she didn't say her recipe, but I would have to say it was with the egg white. the egg white is the best for extension work.
just thought I would share that.
