...to know if the recipe is good. I am using my family and co-workers to find which cake reciepe works best. Now I need to know what I should be asking them to determin how good the cake is. So far I have come up with:

1. Texture:
2. Moistness
3. Overall taste
4. Would you buy this cake?

Anything else or should I be phrasing this differently?

Help,
Thanks

The way I see it, there's only 2 things I need to know:

1) If someone offered you a piece of this cake, would you take it and eat it?
2) Would you be willing to spend money to buy this cake?

If they answer 'yes' to these questions, that's all I need to know. If they answer "no" to these questions, then I might be interested in knowing why not.
