I should start the new business venture in about 2 months.
I will be baking for a tea room.
My question is how many dessert items should I make for opening day? I think it will be rather successful....but I've never done this.
I would appreciate any input. Thanks, Doleta

How many do you think you can do? Does the tea room have any suggestions?
I would make enough that there is a good mix of items, but not too much that you aren't overwhelmed in case that's what the tea room wants on a daily/weekly basis.
