Does anybody have a diabetic cake and icing for decorating recipe????

There are a # of books available on the subject.
Be aware so far I have not found what is really a cake. The recipes I have tried all come out more like a big cookie And the amount of icing recommended is nothing more than a spot or two

Depending on the diabetic, most can eat a small slice of regular cake from time to time if the adjust their diet accordingly.

My dad has Type 2 diabetes and he prefers an occasional small serving of regular cake to a larger serving of diabetic cake.
