Does anyone have any advice for me on making a godiva box cake. It is to be open and the lid will be laying on the box. I have real godiva chocolates to put in the box. I was thinking of just using a thick board to make the lid, covered in fondant. Never tried this before, so I'm asking for any help. Thanks in advance.
I know some people put fondant on the bottom of a cake pan (in your case square or rectangle) then the let it dry there. You would have to put some gumtex in it so it would harden.
I'm sure you will get much better advice I just thought I would chime in since nobody has yet.
