Brushed Embroidery?

this is probably a dumb question, but i'm very new to cake decorating - what is brushed embroidery? thanks!

that description is good but i feel i have to add that the pics on the link dont do brush icing justice. it is a very pretty and delicate ri technique.

Give it a try, you will be surprisingly pleased with the result. A lot of beautiful work in the CC gallery will give you some ideas.
