So I spent the WHOLE DAY yesterday coding on my website. I'm now set up with 2 separate shopping sections.. edibles (obvious!) and non-edibles (my husband's cake stands, then later it'll also be where I'll sell tickets to tastings, and my book(s) when they're out!)

This question is mostly for those set up for online ordering.. I know I can expect a good volume of orders on the edibles side in the holiday season.. but what about year round? Also, what sorts of things sell well for you?

I'm thinking of eventually selling cupcakes.. uniced, but including a bag of icing. Not sure what else would work well.. any suggestions?

Also just curious as to what everyone else is using for ecommerce. I set up through CCNow, and it was really easy! Cheap too.. $10 to set up, then 5% of sales. I think it looks pretty slick, too. I loved that I could add my logo to the shopping cart page (if you click through like you're gonna order something).
