and am just wondering from anyone else who's made it ...
While the texture is good and smooth and it came out very well, it seems
slightly more managable then the Wilton Fondant I previously used.
I haven't covered a cake in it yet but I'm just wondering if it is ok the fact that it isn't as rock hard as the prepackaged fondants on the market. Don't get me wrong it isn't super soft like it would fall off the cake ... it is in fact firm but soft so just curious !!! Thank you in advance !!! icon_rolleyes.gif

I haven't tried it yet. I'm having too much fun with marshmallow fondant to try anything different. The marshmallow fondant is soft and easy to work with, and it stays on the cake perfectly...so I think getting a soft texture with your fondant should work just fine.

If you just made it, it will definately firm up as it sits overnight. It gets soft again as you knead it, but not super unmanagle soft. I love it! Its all I use.
