I had a post saved that had information about egg free cakes and now it is gone. It had a great website with things you can substitute. Does anyone have ANY information on this? It would be greatly appreciated!!!
TIA

I don't know about substituting, but here is a website that has some eggless recipes.

I have a vegan friend who I bake for all the time. I use this website.

The cake is really good.

My Grandmother has been making an eggless cake for years. It's a really big hit in my family. She calls it wacky cake. Let me know if you want to recipie.

Pretty in Pink, I would love to have your wacky cake recipe if you don't mind sending it my way!

I keep a box of this in my house to use whenever baking for people who have an egg allergy. Have used it in several recipes and never noticed a difference versus using eggs.

Most vegan sites will also have recommendations for egg replacements.
