I was SO proud of this cake...particularly since Belle is completely edible. This cake only has 99 views and no comments and I posted it about a month ago. icon_cry.gif

Nancy
I remember seeing this when you first posted it. Unbelievable! You should be proud. I just don't get it sometimes. Some cakes that get alot of praise sometimes shouldn't, and some that should, don't?

I was actually really proud of this cake but it went unnoticed. It was a Miami Dolphin Cheerleader.

Could someone please explain how to post a pic here? I keep getting a message saying the web page doesn't exist?

I got a friend who likes looking at pics of cakes, and she joind so look at the cakes. She said to me last night, you know why I think cakes go unnoticed that just amazing. too many people uploading and gets pushed aside. I realized she right, so it is nice to have a thread like this.

This was my first cake ever and it was a carved cake. I called Hawaiian Waterfall. and was for my birthday. I was proud first for everything on it and I thought came out so nice

Here's a cake I did recently. Check it out and tell me your thoughts. It was a diabetic icing so it was not the same consistency as the normal ps icing and you can not decorate with it. Used fruit, this time.

Looking back through my cake photos. I noticed this cake had a few views but no faves and no comments. I thought I did pretty decent considering it was my first time making ribbon roses with coordinating leaves. See what you think.

Hardly any of my cakes seem to get more than 2 comments - loads don't get any comments at all. icon_sad.gif

These are my most recent, any constructive critism is welcome.

Your cakes are really cute, but the photos of them are not great quality/a little blurry. Maybe it's just a case of your photography not doing the cakes justice?

(Dont shoot me! You did say constructive criticism was welcome if its any consolation Im a terrible photographer, I always spend WAY too long just trying to get one decent picture...getting a good photo is not easy!)

Everytime I see this forum pop up, I always feel the need to post a link! Probably because I always feel my cakes are undernoticed! So here's one, and I know it's the creepy baby that everyone just loves carving into:

I felt like this is my best work so far, but some of my other cakes have gotten much more love. I guess it's all subjective though icon_smile.gif

Heres 2 recent cakes I did. One for Pastor Appreciation Day and a sugarfree cake w/ blackberries on top. Not many views yet. I felt I did pretty good despite new experiences and challenges it brought.

Your cakes are super cute! Great work!
And about people looking, well, they just don't. Even the last cake I posted on this forum only got a couple of views, and I feel like most my gallery is underappreciated, lol. icon_smile.gif
