Here is my newest cake. It only got 12 views, but two of those people put it into favs and one even left a comment, so although I wish it had gotten more attention, I am still very proud of this cake.

I made this cake for a book club where they were reading about John Adams. Unfortunately, it's the wrong time of year for patriotic cakes, hehe ... http://cakecentral.com/modules.php?name=gallery&file=displayimage&pid=1293651

Thanks for looking! icon_smile.gif

This was my best cake to date. There are no flaws visible in the pic, and the dress is just so cute! I waited anxiously for all the comments on my favorite cake to date, and nothing!

I can only figure it's because I chose a different shape for my belly OR maybe my little summer dress is too out there? All of the other belly cakes have tons of compliments, and they're all over the spectrum in design, shape and skill level.

I had lots of views, but only because I had a post about the previous belly cake that was a PITA!

This one was my latest and I jsut think it's so cute and elegant. Nothing much on this one either.

It's funny that I just saw this topic because I was thinking that I couldn't believe a few of mine had less than 50 views. I know I'm not great, but I was pretty proud of these two!

First, I wanted to say that I hadn't checked on this thread for awhile so I went back and checked out the last 5 pages. There is so amazing work out there that no one gets to see, fab job everyone.

Now, I did this cake for the Star Wars contest but due to the maintenance, I was never able to upload the pic. When I was finally able to everyone else did too and only 25 people saw it. There are a few things I would have done different, but be that as it may, my family thought it looked great.

Here is one more that I thought was my best work yet and no one seemed to see it.

Thanks for looking and keep the great and inspiring cakes coming.

I thought I did really, really well on this cake. It was my first try at drop strings and they didn't look too bad, at least I thought.

This was one I did a few days ago. I had a horrible time with the pointsettias, but I was happy with the basketweave.

I think the reason our cakes don't get much viewing is because they don't last long enough in the "new cakes uploaded today window". I uploaded this cake, and kept going see it in the "new cakes uploaded today" every three minutes or so, and never saw it! Here it is.

Here is mine. I was pretty proud of it cause it was only my third cake. I was asked to make one for my niece's Quinceanera and I was pretty nervous about it, but I think it turned out pretty good icon_lol.gif

I am so glad I found this thread.

Here is a cake that I was so proud of, in fact it is one of my personal favorites of all I have done. My sister's baby shower cake, she loves frogs:
