They are talking about fondant and that is also known as Pasta americana and they have the recipe for the fondant. Also they have tips on how to flavor the fondant and they are given credit to

Yeah leah..is basically talking about fondant in cakes.. Maybe you can suggest them to add your name as the decorator of the cake..

Hey Leah,

You can get Google's enchancement of Internet Explorer and it has a translator on the toolbar - comes in rather handy for stuff like this. Just FYI...
