This may have been covered already, but can anyone tell me how long to bake batter in an 8" Fat Daddio 3" high pan? Also, are the Fat Daddio pans used at regular temps like Wilton pans? I have a 8" round (2" deep) and an 8" square (3" deep).
I recently read (on one of the boards) that the recommended temperature is 300Â°. I'm not sure about baking times though.
