Hi there, I'm going to make MMF for the first time. But I was wondering after I make it how many days can I keep it? Can I keep it well wraped for weeks like normal fondant? or should I make it 2-3 days before I use it?

You can make MMF and keep it for several weeks wrapped tightly in saran wrap in a plastic baggie then in a tightly covered tupperware bowl or bowl with a lid...
To use MMF I'd make it and let it sit for at least 8 hours but I have used it several hours after.

Thanks Christi, I have one other question. I just read Rhonda's MMF recipe and its calling for corn cyrup. Do you know what can I replace it with 'cause I haven't seen corn cyrup in UK.
Hmmm... corn syrup is sometimes called "white syrup" ... have you seen this?

Hi Christi, I have to tell you, I went to the shops and couldn't find the corn syrup. Came home and I was brousing the google and I found a site which sells all American groceries and cake ingredients. I am soooo happy. Wooo Hooo!
