I'm wondering if anyone has some ideas that might help me to come up with a desert for a St. Patty's day potluck I'm going to the day after tomorrow. I have a bunch of chocolate fudge cake scraps left over from a wedding cake I made today & would like to try & use those up if possible. I was thinking that I could try & do something with Irish Creme, etc. to go along with the theme. Maybe a trifle or something similiar?. Not sure where I would fit the irish creme in though & if it would go well with the chocolate cake. Any ideas on what I could put together? (doesn't have to be fancy) Thanks in advance for any help! icon_smile.gif

What about some cake balls? You could colour some white chocolate green to dip them in and combine the irish cream when you bind the cake together to form the balls.

Thanks for the ideas! I thought about the cake balls, but have never tried them before - I think I will! There will be enough people so I'll probably do that trifle too! Thanks again!
