In about two months the Tea Room will open.
The owner has asked me to be the dessert chef!
She will call it the Bungalow.
I'm calling my cake, pie and goodie business "Gimmie Some Sugar"
I'm still pinching myself.
I'm so excited.
I'm a nurse, but baking is really my dream come true.
I've already quit my job as an RN to devote myself to getting ready for the this.
I've not even taken a formal decorating class.
But it's OK, it will mostly be based on baking, etc.
So many questions.
Thank goodness for Cake Central.
Glad the site is back up!
