I got a request for a "30" cake to serve 50 people. Any suggestions on what sizes of cakes I would need to use to get this many servings?

If you used 1/2 sheet 11x15 for each number after you figure what you will carve off you should have plenty of cake for 50 people.

The "0" can be the largest oval pan, then you have a nice size to work with for the 3. Yah, I guess carving it from a 1/2 sheet would be about right.
