Can anyone tell me how to make gumpaste gardenias? Many thanks!

I don't have the exact instructions. I only know that I was making white roses with the 5 petal cutter and many of the flowers turned out looking like gardenias. I know someone will have proper instructions, but if you can't find them, you can mess with a 5 petal cutter and make a "flatter" type rose with the petals more open than a rose.

If you have time, Nicholas Lodge has an excellent video on making them. It teaches you how to make the peony as well. Both beautiful flowers.

I took a gumpaste flower class from her last January and she dustributed a complete set of directions to the class when she taught us how to make them. She is an excellent teacher, a down to earth kinda gal and will never stear you wrong. Her work is impeccable!!!!

I am not sure it she would want me forwarding her paperwork, which is the only reason I ask you to contact her.
