I am trying to start a rental kitchen in the Visalia area. I think I found a great location about 1500 square feet in a nice (safe) area where I would be comfortable working late at night. So now I am trying to figure out the details... Any advice would be much appreciated!
Here are my questions......
1. Any names of insurance companies?
2. How should I work pricing? I am thinking like a set figure to hold their space per month and give them unlimited use for the month and then a small hourly fee to cover the actual hours used.
3. How do I go about finding people to share this kitchen with me?????
4. Any other help you have is MUCH appreciated!

It could be so cute!! If I get this location I am looking at right now it will have an adorable little front area with room for a table for consultation. I think I would put up shelves on the wall to hold dummy cakes for the person doing the consult. So like if you are meeting with your bride all the pics and dummies on display could be changed to be yours! Wouldn't that be awesome!
