Ok, I have been seraching the yellow pages for bulk supplies like flour, 10X sugar, etc, but can't seem to find anything in my area. Where does evrybody else get their items? ANd also is there anyone near the Reading, Pa area that knows of a cake supply store?
Thanks.

Do you have a Sam's, Costco, BJ's or some other wholesale club around you? That's where I would try.

Well, we just went to the BJ's to see if it was worth getting a membership, but honestly the supplies didn't seem much lower in price than the regular price and the bags weren't much bigger either.

I have a Sam's card, have never been to BJ's. They have bulk stuff at Sam's and JenniferMI says that she buys 50# bags of powdered sugar at Costco.

I have used the 2# bags of Target brand powdered sugar and it works just fine. It's actually 10X and is $1.07/bag here (I get it at Super Target). You don't have to measure (as my Wilton instructor says).

HTH a little. Good luck.
