I am making an eggless choc cake for Friday. I live in Denver CO, 5280 feet. Do I need to do anything different for an eggless cake?

Gosh, I really don't know much, but I did find these

Specifically talks about cakes
http://www.gofallon.com/cookingtips.htm

It talks about eggs here

Another option would be to go to a vegetarian message board and see if anyone there might be of help. Try www.veggieboards.com It's free to register.

Best of luck to ya!

I used to live in Elizabeth, CO which was a higher alltitude than Denver. I always added about 1/4 cup more flour and a little more veg oil.

Good luck to you, when I moved back to the South I had to learn how to bake all over again icon_confused.gif
