search through the forums for more threads on cake balls. you are not the first to have this problem. I do not follow the recipe for cake balls on this website at all. I roll my cake scraps straight from the freezer (the condensation was more than enough moisture for them to stick) and then bake them in the oven for a few min at the lowest temp just to better dry them out. Also important is that cake balls really only taste good chilled, IMO. Otherwise they are soggy mush balls and yucky. Don't give up on them after first try!
