I am planning on making a cupcake cake for my son's birthday party this week. I am not sure where to begin...well ok...so I know you have to bake the cupcakes first..LOL...What do you do next? Do you stick the cupcakes together with icing or do you just ice the entire top smooth? Is there a special technique? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
