Please Help Need A Fool Proof Scratch Cake!

I have never liked Toba's yellow cake.. but baking scratch cakes is all about the technique. My guess is that you are over mixing the flour and not creaming the sugar enough. It takes time and practice to perfect the methods needed, but you CAN do it. icon_biggrin.gif If you want some one on one help PM me.
