I'm doing a double batch of BC icing...usually I do single batch which makes 6 cups and it comes out nice and smooth.
Since I'm doing a double batch my BC looks grainy to me??
It is in my 4.5 quat KA and filled to the brim....what should I do???
Should I beat it for longer time...and in waht speed...slow or fast???
Take out about 1/4 of it and mix for about 5 more minutes, then switch, then you could probably combine the two batches together again. HTH
