I have my first fondant wedding cake coming up in two weeks. I've tried Satin Ice but it's kind of sticky. I'm thinking I want to go with Fondx, I've heard some people say they actually like it better than Satin Ice. For those of you who use it, where do you buy it? I need a 10lb bucket and in ivory if at all possible. Thanks for any help you can give!

I use FondX. It's a little softer than Satin Ice and tastes better, IMO. I order it from http://www.cakedeco.com/cgi-bin/webc.cgi/st_main.html
