I am getting ready to ice my halloween cookies and I am hoping that I don't get any of the colors to bleed. Are there any last minute suggestions out there. I am using a recipe that had oil, corn syrup, and powdered sugar. I spoon it over the top and let it do its thing, then decorate with a thicker version of the same recipe.
I use royal icing on my cookies, so not sure about using the glaze, but with the royal if you let it crust before adding another color you'll have better luck.
