i need a good white cake recipe that would be good for cake carving. my white cake is very good but doesn't stand up good under alot of weight. please help. any tips and info would be greatly appreciated!
I've never tried it, but I hear WASC is great for that sort of thing.

I like to use the white almond sour cream recipe replacing one of the mixes with a pound cake mix. I've had some issues with the regular WASC recipe and TT cakes. Just a suggestion...
