so i've been griping about my oven for a long time now. it's only 6 years old and i've had nothing but trouble with the dang thing!! so today the hubby and i went to lowes and bought a fridgidaire convection oven. it's being delivered tomorrow!

do any of you have one of these? or just a convection oven? i've never used convection before and i have a big wedding i need to start baking for on thursday. i need your tips, opinions, and feed back. i'm so relieved to have an oven that's not a lemon!

My GE Profile convection oven is 9 years old and I hate it for baking. Convection ovens may have improved since then (I hope!). My advice would be to bake the wedding cake as you normally would and experiment with the convection later.
