Is it easy to make? I know about making ordinary MMF,but if I wanted it to be really chocolatey, how do I do it?
Do I melt some chocolate and stir it in when the mixture is still goo like or will this stop it from setting.
I don't want to use ganache in this instance as I want a firmer icing and ganache stays too tacky.
Or does anyone have any other ways of making chocolate fondant?
Any suggestions appreciated!
