I was reading some posts and one of the girls was asking for some tips about the fondant and how to get a really smooth buttercream icing look on your cake. somebody mentioned something about melvira method and i would like to know how to find it. because is true was she said some times is very frustrated not to get that beautifull smooth look on your cake after all that's the first impression that people see on your cakes I made some cakes before and because I can get that look on them I rather decorate them using the stars or something else. can someone please tell me some advices how to do it and where I can check out the Melvira method.
