I have a bride who wants 200 servings in the hexagon shape. I checked on the wilton site and am only coming up with 147 using all the hexagon shaped pans.

How would I get the 200 servings?

I am nervous. This will be my 1st wedding cake!!! icon_redface.gif

Thanks for any help,
Amy

6-8-10-12-14 x 4" comes to 201, you will just have to buy some additional pans (or trim from what you have)

The 4 hexagon pans are very limiting as far as serving sizes. I would use all 4 tiers, then suggest sheet cakes or satellite cakes for the rest.
