Americolor Navy Blue worked for me on my Braves cake in my gallery. It took a bit but worked great. Just remember that it takes time for the color to develop. HTH

I colored my paste for this Faberge egg with Wiltons Royal Blue, when the egg was dry I dusted it with Cake Centrals Super Blue luster dust. If you need your finished item darker you could always spray it with Americolors Navy or Electric Blue, it is quite dark.

Their is actually a dust color that is midnight navy blue. I used it for a blue and white cake I made. I purchased it from Global Sugar Art I beleive.
