Most food preparation licenses require at least a food handlers permit. The rules are different everywhere. However, these classes are extremely valuable.

Take the course, you maybe extremely clean, but you will be surprised at what you will learn.

Totally agree. The devil's in the details and there are lots of little things that I picked up in my class.

Not only do you learn proper food handling, but how to set up a kitchen, and the "why's" involved as to how THAT affects proper food handling.

Totally agree with everyone. I think you would be surprised at what you learn. Also, it is always good to know.
